At the invitation of the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium, H.E. Mr. Bart De Wever, is on an official visit to India from 2-4 September 2026.
This is certainly his first visit to India, but he has a long-standing association with India. He served as the Mayor of Antwerp for many years and has always supported the large Indian community in Antwerp and India–Belgium diamond trade.
